I also own and operate my Quarter Horse ranch located 40 minutes south of Tulsa. Born and raised on her family’s ranch in Osage County, Lauren “LC” Meador has always been involved in some form of agriculture. She received her first horse at age four as a Christmas gift from her late Grandpa, Dr. LL Merrifield, and by thirteen years old was competing at the regional and national levels of dressage.
Lauren continued her dressage and jumping career through college, where she also played polo on the Oklahoma State University varsity team, before coming back to her ranching roots and taking over management of the family’s Merrifield Ranch in 2011. Since then, she has re-branded the ranch under her own Merrifield Land and Cattle name, incorporating her interest in real estate, and has focused on producing quality feeder cattle from her established cow genetics, as well as producing quality quarter horses. It is her goal to use her working ranch and equine industry knowledge to help buyers and sellers connect with properties that suit their needs!
Mostly raised in Rogers County, I grew up close to my large family mostly playing sports & attending my family church. I graduated and joined the Army National Guard for ten years.
After working in the medical field I transitioned my passion to Real Estate in 2014 and recently became a member of the G7 Group where I carry my license, manage the office as the Executive Assistant to Greg Ganzkow.
Specializing in ranches, acreages, cropland, and wildlife retreats, Sierra has been actively involved in agriculture her entire life. Growing up on a 5th generation farm, Sierra learned determination, persistence, and hard-work. There aren’t many jobs and lifestyles that require the discipline of rising before sun daily; delivering a baby animal in sub-zero temps at 3 a.m. or never having a day off the way farming does. These life experiences have proved Sierra with the framework to become a successful entrepreneur and a real estate agent. Being an active member of the Oklahoma Cattlewomen's Association, and a supporter of FFA and 4-H youth groups, Sierra continually gives back to the agriculture industry that has given her so much.
