A mentor of mine once told me to find something I'd gladly do for free and get someone to pay me to do it. That's how I feel with what I do.

I started G7 Group (G7 Ranches) in early 2004 and have grown the business into being the "Go To Guy" for some of Tulsa's leading businessmen. I also own and operate the G7 Keystone Ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Since 2004, I have been involved in all types of land deals, ranging from country estates, development land, recreational ranches, cattle ranches and horse properties. Currently, I am the Director of Land Sales for Coldwell Banker Select’s Land Group. In the last 6 years alone, I have enabled CB Select’s Land Group to have over $500 Million in sales and over 50,000 acres.

Born and raised on her family’s ranch in Osage County, Lauren “LC” Meador has always been involved in some form of agriculture. She received her first horse at age four as a Christmas gift from her late Grandpa, Dr. LL Merrifield, and by thirteen years old was competing at the regional and national levels of dressage.

Lauren continued her dressage and jumping career through college, where she also played polo on the Oklahoma State University varsity team, before coming back to her ranching roots and taking over management of the family’s Merrifield Ranch in 2011. Since then, she has re-branded the ranch under her own Merrifield Land and Cattle name, incorporating her interest in real estate, and has focused on producing quality feeder cattle from her established cow genetics, as well as producing quality quarter horses. It is her goal to use her working ranch and equine industry knowledge to help buyers and sellers connect with properties that suit their needs!
